Overview
This hands-on workshop provides a practical introduction to T‑cell processing workflows relevant to immune cell therapy including CAR‑T cell therapy. Participants will gain hands‑on experience on T‑cell isolation, activation using CD3/CD28 Dynabeads, and phenotypic characterization by flow cytometry. Through a combination of live demonstrations, guided hands‑on exercises, and pre‑prepared samples, attendees will observe key steps in T‑cell enrichment, activation, transduction and expansion.
The workshop will also introduce the fundamentals of genetic modification, with a demonstration of CD19 CAR transduction in T cells. Emphasis will be placed on T‑cell processing, modification, staining panel design, instrument operation, and data analysis strategies. Each step is contextualized within the CAR‑T manufacturing pipeline, providing participants with both practical skills and translational insight.
