Abstract Submission

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit original scientific abstracts of 300–400 words for oral or poster presentation. The abstract title and author affiliations are not included in the word count. Each abstract may include only one image, such as a table, graph, or figure.

Abstract Title

• The title should be concise, informative, and written in Title Case (do not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS).

Authors and Affiliations

• Submitting Author: The submitting author will receive all correspondence related to the abstract submission and review process.
• Co-authors and Affiliations: Please include the names and institutional affiliations of all co-authors in the designated Authors and Affiliations section during submission.

Abstract Format

The abstract should be structured under the following headings:

• Aims
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

Important Notes

• Registration for the conference is mandatory for all presenting authors.
• Abstracts must be submitted online only. Submissions sent by email or through any other mode will not be considered.
• Abstracts consisting solely of a literature review will not be accepted.
• All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee. The submitting author will be notified of the review outcome.
